Schnader, Frank K., began as apprentice to Franklin Miller about 1836. In 1839 he
obtained possession of the shop of John Keim. From about 1852 he specialized in
the production of barrels. In the 1880s he was supplying such firms as James
Brown & Son; Great Western Gun Works; W. Wurfflein Gun Co., and others. Father of Nathaniel Schnader. |
